Anyone have a good definition of NZC buildings

Heres a few I came across:

A building that is highly energy efficient and fully powered from on-site and/or off-site renewable energy sources.

Net zero’ means that any emissions are balanced by absorbing an equivalent amount from the atmosphere

Any others?
